Foreman Thistlenettle - NPC - World of Warcraft has a spawn time of roughly 7 minutes. (I time it each time I farm him).

After collecting all four, you can combine them like all other decks and then hand in the quest given to you from your Swords Deck - Quest - World of Warcraft

If you are of the Free-to-Play status, I think it is a negative upon receiving this item as I do not think Free-to-Play members can learn Inscription - correct me if am wrong.
 
So no, you cannot get the Deck, cause f2p's can only lvl their professions to 100 :)

Unless racials increase it, yes. For example goblin can make better health pots. Belfs can get 1 agi to cloak and 1 stam on shield.

No no no, you were giving an opinion that was blatant misinformation. I wasn't trying to be rude, or I would have insulted your intelligence on the subject. I simply asked people not to answer questions that they can't answer correctly. No need to be offended, everyone is wrong sometimes. Except me, of course.

I think a crit combat rogue would do more damage unless you plan on sitting on someone for 5 days waiting for your evis to crit.

also someone needs to test long term dps of assasination vs combat rogue on a druid or something to figure out what would be best glass cannon rogue spec.

Yea, all I really know about combat rogue is that they do HUGE eviscerates.

Yea I coincidentally misplaced 2 letters, I dont use that word to often since I dont run into many people that I need to use it on. That is the second time you have come to Earls rescue... and if all you are contributing is your grammar policing I would suggest you just stop, I would like to stop anyway because I dont want to detract from other peoples questions.

Yea that is what I was thinking, possible macroing (wouldnt be that difficult) to change weapons upon doing eviscerate.
