Only thing I'm gonna say about the battle chest is that the entire Vashj'ir quest chain is pretty much mandatory. I didn't do it until my fifth 85, and if I every level another toon, I won't leave that zone until I've completed it. It's possibly the best zone/story combination that Blizz has ever done.

I hate Vashj'ir cause underwater and isolated..

I got there solo by dying and using the spectral gryphon to fly to higher areas. You can also delete/put your hearthstone on cooldown and use the character stuck function to kill your character if there are no mobs around to aggro.

Ah okay, I didn't realize they had changed the unstuck feature to kill you. I remember it used to just nudge you over a little bit, but I can imagine people probably found ways to exploit that. With a reliable way to kill myself repeatedly (God, the things I'll do for achievements) the ghost gryphon should work. Thanks.

I thought the Naz'jar Battlemaiden quests were FANTASTIC. I couldn't wait to get to the next episode.

No BS. It's the best zone/story that I've ever played through.

unless you have Visions of Vashj'ir Past and Sinking into Vashj'ir you haven't experienced the zone. and honestly, even then you haven't seen all that Vashj'ir has to offer. there are 160 quests in the zone. trust me when i say that i''m glad i didn't leave as soon as i got the 130 quests achieve. it took me until 2/20 and 2/21/12 to get those achieves. i only wish i'd done them sooner. Hyjal is freaking awful by comparison.

Yes I have done it numerous times... And the quest lines are cool, but imo there are cooler, I even think the Lost Isle's quest are funnier :)

i can access my linked account, but every time i try to log on to my trial only account on a different email, i get an 'unable to log in' error.
should i contact billing? i don't really want to link it. i want to keep that one pretty much pure.
 
Do the connected realms like Bloodscalp/Boulderfist get their own agm chests, or are they still sharing with others in a cross-realm zone?

My original f2p is sitting on 773 quests completed, and I don't play that often. 1k should be easy. I haven't done the Loch Modan or Wetlands quests yet. Or Bloodmyst now that I think about it... and only 17 in Ashenvale. Should be able to pick up 150 or so just doing those. And I need to do most of the Kalimdor candy quests. So that will leave me only needing around 40 to get to 1k. Northrend candy quests will nearly knock that out on its own. :)

Edit: how many cooking recipes are possible? I have 84 atm...

Why do you think lofi, felix, lil, kale, visa etc. etc. never got 1k quests? It's not possible unless something has changed. World event quests do NOT stack as they are deleted once every year so 3k quests is in noway possible and the max (again unless something has changed) is around 900-950. Only way was grinding out over 1k quests on a dk

Look at the 19 I linked above, almost 1.3k quests completed without faction change. Some seasonal quests do get counted for that achivement.

Only those that are a one time thing. Those that you can re-do each event only counts during the event.
 
Can a demo goblin lock jump up and then use rocket jump?

Whoever told you they didn't faction changed lied to you.. Sorry to burst your bubble but if 2 of the worlds top F2P achievement people (lofi/visa) could only max out at under 850 it isn't possible. Also seasonal quests do not count towards it forever and there is again noway to get 3k quests or even 1k. Seasonal quests for the whole year resets after or before winters veil.

Also could you explain why this comes up? Looks like they were ally originally (or at some point) and did some quests (on a high and low level character) then faction changed to horde and didn't complete the quests
