Worgen for alliance, goblin has more mobility than belf but doesnt have any interrupt at all.

Why is it awesome now? I'm not sure I understand what the benefit of having more mana would be if you already have infinite mana due to regen?

I do think it's BiS for prot or ret pal at the moment. Haven't really tested much but on PTR heals for those were quite limited.

I loved off-healing on my Protadin during Cata... Especially handy when I'd FC, and I FC'ed quite a lot...

Now it's 2 FoL's and I'm oom...

Mana would be very helpful for them.

Also for feral, and I would consider 1/6 more mana better then 3/400 more health.

So, I know that hit caps have changed, but have the calculations to hit 24s changed as well? I know it's not very statistical, but it feels as if I'm missing against them a whole lot more often than pre-5.04.

Same here. I'm hit capped but I keep missing hammers and avenger shields on 24s.

uh, the cap is dictated by the formula, so yes that CALCULATION has changed, although no, the VALUE of the hit cap against a 24 hasn't changed (if all that makes sense).

before the formula for >2 levels was:
(Opponent Level - Player Level) * 1% + 5% = 9% for 20 vs 24.

now for all levels it's
(Opponent Level - Player Level) * 1.5% +3% = 9% for 20 vs 24.

What I don't understand yet is Dodge and Parry. My results against 29's, 60's, 70's, and 80's (with 1,000 hits on each) are showing that the values just aren't scaling like you'd expect with a simple +1.5% per level formula....so I don't know what the standard Dodge-Parry values for 20 against a 24 would be. I'm working on it, but slowly. I upgraded to windows 7 and my Geforce card is giving me all kinds of ridiculous problems now. Grrr.


When you say Miss, do you mean Miss as in "the Miss role", or Miss as in "not hitting the target, which is the result of several different rolls"? Big difference.

Edit: the hit formula listed above works pretty perfectly all the way through lvl 80 mobs, its Dodge &Parry results that are confusing me. Both my Dodge and Parry values are coming in at the high teens against the whole range level of mobs I'm hitting, which is suggesting it stops scaling at some point...more work to do though. I plan on sampling everything from 24-30 until I figure out the formula.

What is considering a lot of memory usage for an add on? The updated healbot seems to use alot where something simple like saysapped uses very little.

So what is a reasonable mb range in your experience?

I haven't played since 2009. Can anyone tell me some good add-ons for F2P twinking?

There's that one add-on where it shows the enemy team template and their trinket beside their name/health etc. and will show it on CD or not.

I forget the name of it and I'm curious if anyone knows the name + recommends any other add-ons.

I use the f2pchat add on F2PAddon - Chat & Communication - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse
and omniCC, saysapped and healbot.

I probably could use more to make it pretty but I don't care. These do me just fine.

Has healbot been working for you post patch?
It hasn't for me, even after getting their new version :3
