Foamspittle is BiS for both 19 and 20 for boomies and locks. I don't think there are any stat differences (other than weapon dps) in ilvl 31 vs 32 staves - so level 20s can use either ilvl 31 or ilvl 32 versions.

For 19 epic BoEs, the quick start guide is up to date enough. Several slots like feathered headdress and Boulder pads are good, but are a tradoff for damage. For quest items - there's simply too many. There's a few known good options to try for when rerolling, but the combination of there being so many options and the low chance of getting a single item make it hard to tell. Most quest epics you'll have to evaluate against what you currently have.

Foamspittle is the best weapon for casters other than shaman/holy pally.

Fang/slitherscale are still BiS 99% of the time, so that makes things a bit easier.

If you have a question on another slot or item, you'll have to ask probably.

Noting that his image says 20. So just chiming in that mh+oh is gonna be better than foam if you have atleast one of them epic if you're 20 instead of 19 on all caster except rdruid fc. It might not be the slot to reroll for since its still very good but if you come across a good one its the jam.

I play 19 and 20, both my druids are in my sig so the info matters in both brackets. Got lots of questing i gotta do on both, not including my other classes as well :/

I think the best you can do with 1h/offhand is to break even. Lose some verse to gain a few int. And that requires an epic mh AND offhand. Foamspittle has way more verse than normal, which makes up for the any int you might gain on the offhand enchant.

Yeah best thing for existing toons is to do all the quests first and see what you end up with. Personally I don't think I'll be able to stand doing all the quests for all of my chars, so picking which ones I actually care about.

Can't go wrong with farming foamspittle (I'd farm on a 19 as you can use it for both brackets).
