Yes but Blackskulle is in a different original level bracket than the interesting epics like Blackskull and HoEtO.

looks like that shield was farmed via the repeatable quest in Blasted Lands. There's 3 different "tables" of vanilla epics and those "tables" all seem to have different places where they currently drop. So 1 table may be farmable in one location, while another table is farmable elsewhere.

Yes as they are classified as spells, they would be blocked.
Not sure if you can get quite enough as a 20 Twink the verdict is out on that. I mentioned that you would want to be at 50%+ Mastery where it starts to feel really tanky and reliable as Block would be 60+%. Just wish there were more Mastery options but I'm sure someone will finally get it fully Min/Maxed and be able to say at some point.
Also standing in Cons at 50% Mastery would have 22.6% dmg reduction. So it's the layers of mitigation that make the build work.

specifically my original question is. If YOU have ele force, Satyr or a damage proc weapon equipped, would the holy shield damage reflect trigger those effects against your attackers?
Brambles back in BFA used to be able to proc ele force and satyr against your attackers, but was changed in SL

Ahhh okay. Well Holy Shield is considered an attack. So they do apply trinket effects and dots to your target. In BFA it would apply gushing wounds etc. So it should proc Ele force or anything else.
Well it's the opposite. Just like having over 50% dodge or damage reduction has exponential gains. Each point over 50% is more effective than the last. There is no downside considering it also increase damage reduction in Cons and also attack power.
If you could achieve Block cap you would be nigh-immortal. Some really funky things happen around there and mentioned a few instance of it in the thread.

So yesterday I saw a warrior with +5 str +6 stam gems in his weapon. I never heard or seen these gems before. You get them from doing SoO? I'm confused and tried to look up drops from SoO but didn't see them listed at first glance and maybe info not up to date after the squish etc. Anyone got info on these gems?

theyre from tbc heroics. put them in SoO heirlooms. profit. dont have SoO heirlooms? oh well. Better luck next decade.

Hmmm interesting so these gems can only be used in the SoO heirlooms? I guess the item level on the gem is too high to put them in every slot? Do the actual gems drop from TBC heroics?
PS- Kinda crappy you can't get the SoO heirlooms anymore is there a reason why?

That and 20s cant get into heroics to acquire the gems.
games change over time and gear that might have once been available becomes unavailable.

They drop in shattered halls heroic. So you can only get them at level 30+. So at 20 only heirlooms can have them since heirlooms can be mailed to a 20. Only SoO heirlooms have gem slots.

What's interesting is these gems are 100% BiS at max level by a large margin. It's actually kinda sad there aren't many gem options at max level anymore. No stam gems either. So +5 main stat +6 stam is by far a BiS gem.

I have no idea what gems max level uses but its possible they dont allow low level gems in high level gear.

Max level is so nerfed in SL these days one of the reasons I turned to Twinks. Hardly any sockets down to 6 on gear. The only gems now are +16 secondary stat. There are rare old main stat gems ppl were using from BFA that are + 6 str can only wear 1.
So being able to wear multiple +5 str +6 stam is BiS.
Just tried on my max pally the gem dropped off first boss put it in his neck.
