I'm a lil late to this, but I recommend (for arms) a macro to switch into battle stance when you charge.

Often, you're in defensive stance waiting for a charge CD, but when that charge pops, you want to go full throttle dps.

The very complicated macro is the following:
/cast battle stance
/cast charge

Isn't it by default tied in with the abilities, even if you can't cast them?

I think i'm just going to wait for prepatch to swap over to the wowhead profiler for both this guide and my starting a starter guide.

I have a question about Victory Rush.

Wowhead says there is a spellpower part of dmg!?

Is this wrong? If not could one think of using Devout aurastone hammer as prot for higher VR dmg?

Algae Fists or Thorbia's Gauntlets?? I play Arms and Prot. Wich one is better for both specs?

Algae fists is the best for both specs I believe, Thorbia's Gauntlets just have more strength when scaled, so if you have a strength set going on or if you want to switch to Thorbia's when facing a tankish class, that's fine aswell.
