90s Bracket and Legendaries!

Just tested ALL of the legendary weapons on level 90 characters in XP-ON BGS

all of them scale to iLevel 590

meaning that most of the Legendaries are BiS @ 90.

There isn't a 90s bracket anymore, arena and bg are all 90-99. And no, legendaries aren't BiS for anyone. 90's had access to 620 weapons and 91+ 660.

what level 620+ weapons do 90s have access to?

and for those staying at 90, legendaries are usable while the 660 weapons are not

i have a herioc BOA weapon it is 615 at 90, mythic version might be at the 620 level .

I have grandfathered weapon but I am enjoying a slow leveling in xp on bgs with my shadowmourne and deathbringers will and death choice. Feels like wrath shadowmourne twirling around me wrecking and tickling peeps.

One thing that is nice about the healers is that the legend mace is pretty solid without gimping too much stats.

That said a part of me gets deep satisfaction mortal striking with sulfuras. Even though I hate being DPS. Just reminds me of the good times of bgs back in the day.
