There's religious people that use logic and reason and can be their own individual. People build personal relationships with God and some use it for strengthening and discipline. Some go to church cause it's a community where they share appreciation. Atheism isn't a gate to logic and reason, it's a personal choice. Plenty of proof in those shitty atheist groups that are toxic as hell.

As your body is made up of atoms, you're considered energy and empty space "In Theory" However this made me think, energy can't be destroy but only transformed or manipulate. Do you think our inner being has the same effect? We move onto something different or new?

you cant be logical and reasonable and be religious, with exception of using orwellian double think. they're two conflicting things.
youre not an individual in a church setting. you are part of a hive, and stuck in a hierarchy. how rigid that is depends on your religion and your sect of said religion.
personal relationships with god is an oxymoron. and how does talking to an imaginary friend build strength or discipline? imagine being able to have will power and self control without having to submit to a "higher power". if people stop imagining they're are so weak, they most likely wouldnt be weak.
if you need a community to share appreciation, join a book club or something. you dont need to sit and listen to some virgin preach for an hour, and pay a tithe.
ill grant that just being atheist doesnt suddenly make you all logical and reasonable. but its a larger step in that direction then blindly following a book of fairy tales, allegories, and lies, all of which has been perpetrated by corrupt men for thousands of years in order to cling to power and wealth. so id call it a gate, or gateway of sorts. certainly moreso than the wall of religion, which commands you to suspend logic and reason and replace it with faith..

About backup. We all know that without evidence there is no proof. There is no evidence/proof a higher power exists. If you want people to believe something like ghosts and what ever more you have to bring that proof instead of people proving you wrong (through sience that it can't exist what happened numurous times in the world compared to proving the existence which is none).

My personal view is that I can't know because of the lack of evidence/proof but I am not denying that there could be more which makes me more intellectual then a hardcore atheist and an atheist more intellectual then a theist.

This is not something you can win Saint unless you bring evidence or asking me what my believes are.

Ofc I can disprove it because there is no evidence.

So I need to provide God's passport, but atheists need only say "I ain't seen him". There's as much proof for evolution. A book and some theory's.
