Bottled tornado was 450 Ilvl. And he's talking about the gnomish net launcher. Which was Ilvl 600 in wod from bmah early in the expansion. Had no level requirement but was changed mid wod to 100. Does not benifit the 19 anymore even though it's equipped

It was actually from the Engineering Hut in the Garrison and you could wear 2 and it had Versa which made Lowbies unkillable in open world fights. 100's were doing 1-3 dmg per hit on them at that time.
