EU+US Legion BoE epics for lvl 19

We could do different things,
Like for example 98 - 91 - 82 - 73 - 70 . This is still in a party instead of a raid, this would be to see if it would scale all the way to 70.

70 is a great Twink level and it would be a great achievement if we could get a lvl 70 twink equipped with a legion BoE Epic.

Then if we could prove we can Also give the 70 twink another item while being in a raid... then i'm pretty sure we can get 12 people together and start farming the epics for low levels etc... It might be better even if we had more then 12 people in the raid... maybe it could look like this.

98- 91 - 82 - 73 - 70 - 61 - 52 - 43 - 39 - 35 - 29 - 25 - 19 - 10 - 1

with 15 people together we could cover 91 - 89 - 70 - 39 - 29 - 19 - 10 - 1 twinks Or which ever twinks would be interested we could adjust the levels.

first ofcourse we have to prove we can give it to a 70 twink to get more support from people.

and IF we can prove it then eventually we could get a farm group for EU and US started to make the most use of this (possible) opportunity!

this all is just an idea ofcourse, Let me know what you think and please share your ideas.

There's my btag. I didn't give it in my previous post. I have a 79 that can help in the chain with of course my 29 and 19.

I think also we should see if we can get something under 89 to see if we can actually chain it. I mean what's the point to bring in all the other level s and be all for not.

I've posted a thread about this in the 10-19 section however this concerns Every Twink.

We want Legion BoE epics on Every level! And we have theories that need testing because there is a good and real possibility this can work.

1: The first test would be to see if we can scale down a Legion BoE to a level 70 Twink,whilst in a 5 man group consisting of roughly (98 - 89 - 80 - 71 - 70) (levels van be adjusted slightly)

2: second we are going to try scale it down while being in a raid group.We could go with the same group and simply convert it to raid and see if anything different happens.

3: If both tests are a success then we proceed to massive raid farms for All Brackets. With possibly 15+ people per raid for EU and US.

We are recruiting people for these tests first. Which means

Letting us know Which characters you have available:
EU or US
Horde or Alliance
Classes and levels
Multiple accounts or single
And Battletags.

Even if you can get them on a 19 it won't matter, those have a static Level 100 requirement. Only the BoE Legion Epics (and possibly the Legion Greens) 'Scale with Level' and thus may scale down below Level 89.

When I get time I'm going to make DK's to fill the gaps between 58 > 70 and 70 > 99 on my Accounts. While I can only field 3 at once it gives me the option to fill a missing Character Level while in a Group. Granted this is Summer and the busiest time of year for my Company so time is relative.

EDIT: I should mention I'm NA (US).

I do have a 110 and 100 but I thought we were looking for 98 and under. I'm US-bleeding hollow horde.
