Can't reproduce ur uptime... getting 2rppm as expected spamming arcane explosions on mob packs. Maybe it's an US only thing ?

Does anybody know Chance on hit effects stack?
I've been theorycrafting in the past to days about stacking chance on hit haste items on my rogue.
Mainly Blackout Truncheon and The Bladefist with the Nightfallen's Desperation trinket and the 2 piece set bonus of the Assassination Armor and a Thundering Skyfire Diamond (which i believe procs +haste for 6 seconds).

I have the truncheon and a haste trinket on my 20 prot pally and they do stack. It's like 10% each for mine.

About the eng dragon trinket - can I craft loads of of them, put cogwheels with a 75 eng, and then send them to various alts with no eng/sell them on the AH to get them on the other faction account, or do they become soulbound once you put the gems in/do you actually need 75 eng on the alt that equips it for the cogwheels to work?
There are opposite takes on the matter in the various topics.

PTR stats of some interesting drops. 2 epic mageblade, both are 4 crit 3 haste. staff is on par with epic foamspittle.

To specify even more. You do not need to even have engineering for the stats and dragon to work.
It does not soulbind. You need to put the sockets in on a char that has cata engineering 75. You can buy the gems, but you cannot add them in. Also if your crafting it remember to put in a relic of the past 1.

It heals twice as much on PTR, the heal is affected by your crit/haste/vers as well, this is the number of ticks it heals for at around 23% haste (outside of BG).

Just did this on PTR, i think lifesteal is still pretty good if you use a slow weapon like https://www.wowhead.com/item=13505/runeblade-of-baron-rivendare
1, it is affected by vers (the heal is not affected by vers, however, so there is no double dipping)

It may be dependent on ability, I use it on my 15 druid (PvE) and it's usually 5-10% of my damage with the ilvl 44.
It's good, but I've never seen it proc on my druid like you're showing here. Copied to the ptr and saw no change.
edit- could also be that I got a lot more shit goin on in my log than 2 attacks. But yeah i like it too.

because druid attack speed of 2.5 is independent of weapon.
in this case, 1-2.5/3.6 = 30%, so your chance of getting lifesteal is ~30% less for abilities.
