In what bracket is hunters most OP and what spec?

Title says it all, i am making a hunter twink but unsure (0 knowledge) as to which bracket and with which spec i'll be able to dominate the most :s. Hope some1 can help <3

59 Survival is pretty strong.

In every low bracket there's going to be lots of BiS classes/specs and better than you at it, if you have any high-ish level hunters at all id suggest locking at 110 (BFA xpac tho) for a while. Its easy to gear up and BM is easiest to play successfully...

Almost no one (but other twinks) will have any azerite armor like you will, so that puts you above and beyond already.

I feel like Marksmanshipin 59 bracket would be pretty good

39, 59 & 110 seems like decent brackets if you are looking for power-gaps.

39 opens you up to scaled epics,
59 gives you sockets,
110 gives you azerite armor.
