I was on TS when he was explaining why he uses them. Apparently Razer products have a high latency so he needs the macros to do the jumps without failing over and over.
The macro isn't the issue though. Using one just takes away from his "jumps take skill" argument.

1) You have to request a jump be allowed before performing it.
2) Jumps are innocuous and should be banned as their impact comes to light.

There was once a time when scroll clicking was frowned upon. Now, if you don't scroll click people bully you over that.
Believe it not there is something even faster than scroll clicking now that some would consider "cheating". It is all a matter perspective.
If you can do it, it is not cheating. If someone else can do and you are unable to, you consider it "cheating".

Just because you guys have a bigger troll doesn't mean we have to deal with lesser trolls.
If so we could just summon Lord Barb to keep him offline for the duration of games or simply just kick him at the start? lol
It's not as simple as that. Anyone with a TI account can vote in that poll (people whom could give 2 shits about 39s).
Let's not set a precedent that when one player doesn't like a rule he/she just throws up a poll (Let me break rules OR I quit).

If you don't care enough to solve massive drama like this, then why should I stop jumping?
I won't simply just stop doing jumps. Movement is what differs FCs from each other skill-wise, and without jumps I wouldn't be able to differ from others. So regardless of me being a shit FC or a good FC, the skill won't be visible. This game is heavily based on movement and position.
Something to consider.
You already are different from other fc's.. you suck, they dont.
Ok, why do we have another massive thread dedicated once again to the one guy causing the bracket a huge amount of issues? Not to mention this poll is probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Do you really think a bunch of players are gonna vote for this you to straight up quit as opposed to doing "allowed jumps"?
I'll address a point he made in the original post as well since no one has done it yet, in which he says positioning and movement are what determines a good fc. I won't disagree there, positioning and movement are extremely important, but eliminating jumps doesn't eliminate your ability to move your character. The best FCs I've ever played with/against have always been the ones who play smart and don't try to be the hero. The people who sit there trying to do their precious jumps all day are the people who are just desperate for any sort of recognition, and more often than not make horrible gameplay decisions, which is exactly what mvp has made a reputation of doing at this point.
If mvp is going to continue playing and do "allowed jumps" they need to be ONLY allowed jumps. If there's a jump we don't currently know about or haven't discussed, it is not allowed, plain and simple. That is the only reasonable way to stop this reoccurring drama because this guy has stated that he will not stop playing the way he plays. He will continue searching for new jumps and doing them every night like he has been for the past 2 months unless we outright ban new jumps too.
We have to stop this cycle of drama and things will be so much better off in this bracket, and I guarantee the only way it will stop is if we put our foot down and stop the problem child from doing whatever he pleases.

I saw that statement earlier as well but forgot to comment on it as I was distracted by the new poll question.
I agree as well, "positioning and movement are what determines a good fc". Taking all jumps out of the equation will force FCs to depend on their team more. Your team will be punished for poor decisions and so will your FC for poor movement. I believe it will make for better games and more inviting to new players trying out the bracket.

As much as I appreciate people trying to help out in the argument about jumps, let's cut the crap about X thing being against blizzard tos. People aren't gonna get banned for doing jumps in warsong, it's completely irrelevant.

Firstly, it doesn't seem like the majority is against jumps.
Secondly, it seems like the majority is against innovative jumps / not confirmed jumps. Which I can understand, as Pugs clearly are going towards the noob-friendly enviorenment.
