Pretty much this. Some of the dungeons (Botanica, Mechanar) require you to have someone fly you up.

You can use a https://www.wowhead.com/item=122124/darkmoon-cannon# with a glider to reach Botanica and Mechanar. No flying mount necessary

I feel like I can count on one hand the amount of people that have them.
And I think even less than that PVP actively.

Good video -- I can't believe how shafted full F2P players get with the dungeons they can't queue for.

For anyone not in the know, you can reach the floating dungeons in Netherstorm without bumming a ride off of a main account (or if the main you're using doesn't have a two-person flying mount). You can use a combination of https://www.wowhead.com/item=122124/darkmoon-cannon#, https://www.wowhead.com/item=134021/x-52-rocket-helmet, and https://www.wowhead.com/spell=162204/goblin-glider-kit. Getting to The Mechanar might take a few CDs though
