There's more reasons than that burg. I really don't want to argue with you publicly.

Since the day I joined this community I have helped in many ways. Any sudden contribution made by you is pure corruption. Since the title was given to me you seem to have boosted up on posting helpful threads. Myrm has various reasons for my promotion, from guide author to the little "possibility" of a 20 league. Its very hurtful that you lash out on me now after vouching for you in both MVP and BM.

I even PMed you in game if you were trying to take the title. You can longer deny that this has gone to your head

Community should decide with the final sign off from mods/site owner.

Let the people decide who represents them the best and let the admins just sign off if they think that person will represent TI in a favorable light and is responsible enough to run the bracket.

Turtle seems to be a great person. Active on the forums, responsible with their replies. But as a person who was gone from the bracket for awhile, I don't really *know* Turtle. I've seen most of these other people up on that list for years on these forums, so voting for a person I don't know is hard.

I have to agree with [MENTION=23518]Turtle[/MENTION] on this one. This position doesn't appear to based on public opinion voting. I trust [MENTION=5141]Myrm[/MENTION] has a handle on whom he wants to represent and manage the bracket and has chosen accordingly.

If you want to discuss whom YOU think SHOULD be BM or whatever, by all means entertain yourself in a calm and respectful manner, but don't expect to see direct action taken based off of an extraneous thread discussion.

I also see a lot of haste in claiming a staff representative is incredibly offensive in stating the truth about said position... I see nothing wrong with the post and nothing offensive in the post. What I do see is constant derailment in response to every blue name post no matter how on topic that post is.

I understand that there are new TI ranks and with more TI ranks, they appear to be more available to the users of the site, which creates competition for said positions. I suggest we dust off our shoulders and lead by example rather than arguing against each other.

If you believe you deserve to have a TI rank such as Bracket Manager, show it to Myrm and the rest of the site by leading by example instead of looking to create issues with those currently holding said positions.

Why would the TI Staff WANT to add a member to the team whom appears to always go against the staff / site? If you were leading a site, you'd probably reach out to those whom are easy to work with and understand how frustrating it can be to lead an online community, instead of those whom appear to always be fighting against the site. We're all trying to the best of our abilities, so please give us all some leeway. We're all only human.

Quite untrue... There were others before him. Years before him. If it is level 20's you speak of. Even Vet/subbed P2Ps. Many others. Some stay silent, some not so silent. I am sure he can even assure you of that himself.
With that said, I am not stating he does not deserve it. Because longevity does not necessarily equal commitment to the 20-29. And certainly Burg has contributed quite a bit. He and I have been in multiple guilds together across multiple servers over the years.

But ever on topic. The thing is, of all of the people on this poll. Are any of them actively saying anything about NOT being the Bracket Manager? Or is it just some chosen few people upset because a person with a different colored name has a level 21 in their signature. As opposed to, say me, for example that has none...
I would venture to bet it is the latter. Of no one is actively looking to become or wants to take over. Just let it be. And if you want to take over, prove it by getting some events started. Maybe some World PvP events. Or Just give Turtle some time. All you people have done is attack and attack and attack him.
