Is there any type of structured pvp smaller than 5v5?

You can do smaller duels/groups if you want. I did a few 'duels' with arknoodle via the spvp servers, per his request.

The PVP maps at this stage are probably more suited to 5v5+

But I'm pretty sure ArenaNet will add more PVP gametypes in the future. I think it's been confirmed by them that the PVP portion of the game is incomplete.
