That's crazy Feet of Lynx has an extra stat than Prisoner Shoes, I guess it scales it up from 19 to 24 instead of just 20 to 24? Might this mean other lower-level items could be viable in PvP?

No. That was the only sub 20 item that I noticed that got scaled better then a perviously considered BiS item. I checked alot of my random greens part of my mogs and nothing got a scale enough to become BiS imo (for hunts). Only thing that caught my eye was defias leggings are now 98/9/9 while fang legs are 102/9/9 and normal BiS Aluwyns is 115/9/12. I was contemplating if defias was good enough to now be in my main set just for the coolness of it but 3 stam and 17 armor isn't worth it

I'm about 8 pages into cataloging the changes, and so far the only other piece of gear I've noticed is foremans leggings now have 9str 9stam over the horde quest reward Kalecgoes gift making them much more clearly bis mail legs.

Edit: forgot to include Kalec's scale to 8str 8stam in bgs

is hit rating still fcuked up or do Mages get the short end of the stick? Mine has 29 rating in the battleground (11.78%) and I still miss a lot. Is it so much of a gimped class that I can't even be hit capped with Flying Tiger Goggles, Rune of Perfection and Lavishly Jeweled Ring? Lame

As a F2P level 20 ele shaman, how else did I get that attached screenshot? In other words, that's perhaps one of several occasions where wowhead information is incorrect, especially with freshly available patches.

Cool I'll check out your post in a bit. Foreman's gloves also scaled up surpsingly high, altho there is no comparable item.

Why? It has 4 more armor then foreman's and loses 1 exp and 1 agi and I highly doubt it gets a 3/3 scale.. Heck I doubt it even gets a 2/2 scale. Foreman's got a very high scale for some reason and is no undoubtedly BiS. Also those gloves aren't available to f2ps cause they require a higher then 100 prof don't they

You're right on every count there, but there are plenty of items I've already looked that that I knew would not be bis, or even close to for some of them. Its very hard to explain why you find yourself curious about certain things, I know its a green, I know it will be worse than forman's, I just find myself wanting to know by how much.

Resil is now around .15% per point and is utterly pointless to resil stack (MM is now BiS without a doubt imo for Sta sets/ casters)

At this moment in time, its too early say what every classes definitive BiS will be, most items will probably not change much, but with the scaling there's a larger variety of hitting certain percentages (expertise soft cap comes to mind).
