Two of the farmers I know got banned today! RIP old school accounts! So very unfortunate.

He's so mad! And the epics are still in the guild bank, but you cant take them out, or move them. Basically, you cant click on them? How about the other guy?

If you were fuckin dumb enough to bot/script on your main account, I dont feel bad for you.
 
Im going to assume that with out additional details and that the OP is annon, it's a bullshit post. I have been bot farming for a month now, and all the people I know who do it are still doing it.

If you're implying that bot-farming isnt bannable, then you'd be wrong.

Before legion implemented crate gear & scaling, shadowfang Keep Bot-farming was an absolute gold mine. I've had friends make hundreds of thousands of gold on a weekly basis botting this, and a great deal of them got banned. Its unfortunate, but when you do something like this on a primary account, you're only setting yourself up for failure.

Im not saying it's not bannable,... Im saying the so called "farmer sweep" is BS.

Well, ever since they implemented the WOW token, blizzard did crack down on botters, because they are easily playing their game for free. With the recent changes to farmable BOEs, the market for botting has grown - so I wouldn't be shocked if there was a "farmer sweep", however, I dont know of anyone getting banned for botting right now.

I was one of them. Got my main account suspended for 6 months.
It was like a whole ban wave as I remember it. Lots of people got banned at the same time.

Back then I did not have my tower, I had a shitty laptop that I would just leave running over night and constantly overheat lmao.

BS? Its a known fact you can be banned for BOT, and script farming... Im not here to convince you of the obvious.. Im here to warn. Denial is a sickness, and a sign of low IQ. Good luck with that.

Again.. Im not saying you cant get banned for botting. Im saying you claiming that a mass ban happend is BS, no one has been banned since 8.1.5 for farming low level epics.

More than likely you're trying to scare people away, either youre a SJW or a fellow farmer.

There are still banning. I have reported some Russians farmers staying in one cave for 20 hours with macro preventing afk/logout and attacking everything on sight. Noone else on realm could get rare items from those mobs. They are no longer in game.
