Maybe the reason why they are doing this is cos there aren't as many players left as it was a decade ago.. In order for a mmorpg to be successful they need a certain minimum numbers of players and they are doing exactly that, to make as many players as possible to reach Max level

Anyone finds a rare drop bow/crossbow/gun I'd love to hear about it... just finally got a weapon reward quest and it didnt proc an upgrade. Now the next quest giver in the chain seem to be grey (assuming i'm too low level to continue onward).

I killed all 4 of those summoned Rares, they are indeed all Melle rewards, 1 proc'd 110 for me

im going to give 50 xp off a try by not buying SL. Some 110 twinks were doing it in bfa. Just got on to see if anyone else was doing this. So far the experience isn't very fun on my druid.

Just finished myself, now the ! is silver. I was able to get double iLvL 90 MH/OH on my Boomy though, final quest reward.
[doublepost=1606192439,1606191935][/doublepost]Get your 48-49's there now and explore everything possible, kill all Rares possible, etc. I'm fairly confident the XP diabling effect will happen with DT Tue morning. That way you won't gain XP exploring and can maybe use some of that to get Rep with a Covenant or do a few things before dinging.

EDIT: Must be 50 to enter The Necrotic Wake Dungeon

EDIT2: Ascended QM Gear is all Level 60 so no go there.

Question for us low level twinks who have locked exp -
Does this mean we won't be able to get achievements like exploring the shadowlands if we find a way to get there, because our exp will no longer be locked and we'll ding from exploring zones?

Short answer probably no go. Long answer, get them there right now and explore before it changes.

I still want to see if we can summon in say a lvl 20, and see if we can get anything there. Perhaps recruit a friend or lock portal or meet up stone?

Agreed. I'd bet Lock summons works. I don't have enough of my Toons there yet to try it (1 on each of 3 Accounts). Also, there's a summoning stone to the 1st Dungeon close to the starter area in Bastion, can try that.

Should also give the mage portal a try, though you might be stranded in oribos.

@Jonnes You can use the Summon stone at Necrotic Wake dungeon at 49, tested myself. I don't have 2 there to test summoning lowbie yet though.

so far lvl 49 gear is really underwhelming. I got an epic belt upgrade to 110, but other than that, a green ilvl 90 wep.

Is there actually anything that 50s really would want to get from shadowlands besides gems/enchants? it seems very little twink stuff is available this time at minimum entry level like it normally is.
