there's always going to be bias in any list, people shouldnt be complaining about it!

only things wrong with it is pollyanna's rating (he just cses randomly, ive never seen him even try to cs a cast) and the lack of dogmanx, <im fresh im fly> #1 <3

but what is butterfly? But it is hard to rate people when u dont play enough with them to see them at there best and at there worst.
