Easy Egg Collection for Mount

First off - grinding eggs is tedious. I don't like tedious. Let's make this easy!

If anyone has seen my other guides, I usually offer pictorial aids to ease the setup. Unfortunately, given the small amount of time I have, and the limited frame for Noblegarden, I'll be doing this all with text.

1. Remove unsightly Textures

Download WMT from [Current] WMT Version 3.24 for WoW 4.3.3 r15354

The direct download for WMT is (http://pxr.dk/wmt/forum/releases/3.24-4.3.3-r15354.rar) but for the coders effort, the least you can do is give them some forum hits and maybe shoot a thanks. You might actually use the product beyond Noblegarden!

Once installed, open WMT and attach it to your desired WoW window. Select the customs tab, and uncheck both M2 and WMO Textures. This allows you to see eggs with extreme ease, and find good clusters for camping spots or just improve hunting.

WMT is for machinima, which is officially sponsored by Blizzard. You can't be banned for just using it, so no worries!

2. Automate the Hunting

cheaters did the same thing with ores (with addons), "to find them easily". i don't know how this addon is leggit, but if blizzard figure it out that you can use to ease stuff like this, they will just ban it.

Why would you cheat for epeen in a free game?

It's like faking retardation so you can win the Special Olympics. And we know how that turned out for Cartman.

And of course he's cheating. He is using non-Blizzard elements to reduce the effort involved to accomplish in-game tasks.

It would be like hacking Tetris to play slower so that you can brag about your high score.

putting spandex on a fat man doesn't make him any faster.

imo seeing the eggs was never a problem for me...just getting them before someone else did WAS the problem. tweaks can't help with that.

but having said that...imo a real tip is just quickly changing camera angle from almost purely horizontal to purely vertical. i got a LOT of eggs looking straight down (its the way the bushes/trees are designed) that others couldn't see (which was kinda obvious as they just ran by them). same for looking along the ground vs looking straight down.

No point in arguing with you. Apparently hacking tetris for gameplay is equivalent to getting an aesthetic change in wow.

On another note, this was posted for the convenience of other people who may indeed be busy this week, and don't have enough time to farm out a tedious mount. Thanks for posting Golden

Look, if you want to cheat, then cheat. The odds of getting caught by Blizz are very low.

And if you are so short of time that you can't accomplish the Noblegarden epeen achievements on all of your alts without cheating, and you are willing to take the risk, then cheat.

An old and specious argument. Add-ons use an api designed by Blizz especially for the purpose of creating add-ons to customize the UI. Blizz monitors add-ons and periodically adjusts its api to prevent the use of add-ons that violate the spirit of the game.

agree with Imirak...that's like saying tax avoidance and tax evasion are the same thing, but they're not...one is understanding and legally using the current system to your advantage, the other is cheating the system and breaking the law.
