Okay I'll bite. List all of the accounts that were banned by me and I'll give you the reason why they were banned. Two people already in this thread agreed that me banning them was justified lol.

I don't remember if Mocha handed out my ban or if he was even mod back then (I'm not that interested/butthurt over the situation that I care enough to re-check) but usually when the mods hand out bans they are usually warranted and the correct thing to do.

Lets be honest most of people that have gotten banned have straight up broken the rule set of this site for example most of you people that have been banned have been really shitty community members with very little meaning in your posts. Trolling, insulting, circing bans, linking personal IRL stuff without any reason or right etc shit. When I was banned over going ham on TL members I do agree with the ban since it was an uncalled thing to do, so I agree on all the bans that have been given to TL members and myself since we have been acting really bad here and literally ignoring the rule set of the site for no reason and in Mocha's case there should be no reason to group up and circlejerk on 1 guy cuz you have personal vendetta against him.... He was just doing his "job"

point of this rant is there are rules for everything and if u break them there will be consequences

p.s. inbefore anyone goes hardcore trollmode / analyst mode on this post I didn't bother reading all the shit you posted but I'm talking from personal experience and from seeing other cases in this matter which have been the right bans in terms of how to site runs / run

Hogwash, i am the leader of the largest 19 twink guild in the world, i support, invite, and fund any player who wants to join, regardless of reputation or there "elite level". Ultimately, activity is what is most important to me, and apparently it was not as important for you as being a mod was at that period, you cared more about abiding by the "rules" and enforcing the law than the bracket having more pops. I have no issue with your bans, like you said they were all justifiable, but they ultimately crushed the bracket. If you had cared about 19s you would have done whatever it took for pops to continue, and would have stood up to shane and become the mod that everyone wanted you to be.

Man you're talking about the months between school starting and christmas break. I was still moderator when we got pops again in December of that year.


Yes I banned some people... But dude this was at the same time we always have problems getting pops. I'm not 100% to blame... if I were then why did we ever get pops while I was moderator?

Man 19s have been great in WoD... They were horrible in MOP. They were damn good in Cata. I was mod for nearly the past 5 years and every fall from cata until WoD launch we had issues with pops during the school year whether I was mod or not. If you were banned on the forums, you can still play the game. You can still organize shit in Skype. Very little organization actually happens on TI.


Placing 100% of the blame on me is wrong. I'm fine with accepting that I banned those whom broke the CoC, but I'm not fine with saying I killed 19s if we've still continued getting pops throughout my 5 years as moderator.

I'm not saying you were 100% the culprit Mocha, and I dont dislike you the way I did back then, actuallly think youre an okay dude. But you did have a negative impact at the time.
You could have made a real difference, man, instead you let the power of being a "mod" go to your head, you went with whatever shane ordered rather than doing what was right for the 19 bracket, you abandoned your roots and love for the bracket a lot of us grew up playing, including yourself. Maybe you disliked the way 19s were being headed, but 19s always had an "elitism" side to it.

And I hear you 100% man but I shouldn't have been bombarded with hate 5 minutes after Shane announced that I was mod. How do you think that made me feel? Literally minutes after I was announced as mod 90% of you guys tried to reverse it. That was a really shitty way to be treated and even with that I still continued to give warnings and infractions and temp bans before permanent bans. You guys were too focused on pissing me off than anything.

I told you Yowza was banned for ACCOUNT SHARING which in the CoC CLEARLY STATED would result in a permanent ban which he did 100% definitely do. It's a known fact that Yowza was sharing his account with Barb and he was banned for exactly that (although given a different reason per special occurrence). There is no arguing that yowza didn't allow barb access to his account. It is 100% factual.

His signature was also too large which wouldn't ever earn anyone a ban. I really didn't want Barb knowing that I knew he was using Yowzas account so the reason given to Yowza was a simple signature rule violation.

Still have yet to see a single example. I will level my twinks, delete my TI account if anyone can give me this mound of evidence of me being some corrupt tyrant where I was constantly banning everybody for 0 reason. Every time I interacted with ANYONE'S account was because of a BLATANT and CLEAR CoC violation. There is 0 evidence against this whatsoever. I am sick of being scapegoated and blamed for shit that there is ZERO proof of ever existing. Someone would get banned for posting IRL pictures of people and trashing them (clear CoC violation) and then tell everyone they were banned for no reason and their friends would just go "omg did you hear Mocha banned ____ for no reason". Straight up sheeple. No evidence ever supported in any of these claims.

I've been hoping for this mound of evidence against me to see the light of day so I can admit mistakes taken, apologize to those people and move on yet when I go to challenge myself and find the times I've banned people for 0 reason, I simply cannot find any. I'm not going to apologize to people whom banned themselves. I will gladly apologize to anyone, delete my twinks, delete my TI account if I can see a single time someone was right in saying that they were banned by me for 0 reason and that I was doing so simply to be a tyrant.

All I see here is you having an issue with being able to refrain from language and insulting others and failing to fall in line. You have apparently 2 pages of warnings and infractions from the same occurrences (not all from me)

However, you were still banned for account sharing so you can argue infractions (which are warnings) all you want, I still don't see how I banned you for no reason. Was I watching you closely after painting a huge target on your back? You bet.

Eh I was looking to be the most black and white moderator and the most predictable and enforce the CoC as it was written... If you do x you get y. Not if you do x you maybe will get a warning from one moderator but another moderator will give you elephant.
