Wrong. I tried for pants this morning and I got told straight out no because I already have an Arc Buckler, and as its my favorite item Im not keen to do a swap of any sort.



The GM took ages between messages, so he must have been looking through my pallies items. I had Arc Buckler in my bank, maybe I should try again with it surrounded by Redbeard Crests, same picture haha.

Was that through the one GM, and did you get to keep your old school wand/shield/shield.

I just checked my druids bank, i have the wand from the old quest sitting in there :D



How would and what would u recomend i say in this ticket im about to open



like Why on god does this druid have a wand :p

There's obviously a chance since several people have done it but dont get your hopes up...

you need the GM to admit its the same quest or they say no, there probaly is a cool GM out there that will just give them to u, but if u want them just do a straigh up swap. i got to origanly keep old shield and new shield on baked but when i did the priest the same line wouldnt work on that GM cause when i said i got a friend with it they said "give me the name of the character" so i had to use wand to show i done quest and to swap reward to robe.

here's a suggestion, don't talk to the GM. Put the ticket in and log off. Don't say "I got a friend with it" that is something a teenager would say. I also wouldn't ticket gear ever day or every other day. There is a limit to how many items they will restore for your account.
 
UPDATE: second try worked just fine and I now got 2 arctic buckler's and the mail legs for my paladin ;)

FYI you probably want to keep what you have on the DL. I think everyone has the information they need to try it. but thanks for contributing your information to the community.

Haha yeah honestly Im abit scared of using them, when people start noticing they might report it to someone who knows better than this nice GM did, just got them in bag for now X)



Now we just gotta hope BoA legs arent better, that'd be a punch in the crotch
 
Also got chest on my mage, but honestly Il be using my BoA and Inferno haha

On 4chars i got the items and the previous ones werent taken on any char.

You can find the BoA legs on WoWhead, you can judge yourself which are better. And how did you convince the GM, which story did you tell? PM me.

I've spoken to 3 GMs, all said no, and the last one noticed my previous tickets, but I managed to get out of it with my account intact.

Well its good in a way, just find a cool gm, and be logged out because theyll just send u it. Iv said i did the quest and had gotten no reward 4 times. worked every time.

Still, we're not supposed to obtain the items, as the quest requires lvl 20. And, yet another GFed item which rerollers can't obtain.

Yea i know what you mean. I myself kind of wanted a resto druid or a shaman. But im happy with the classes I have.
