i just got the legs on my shammy, and still got my artic buckler. i just copyed rivfader's text and sent ticket, one hour later i got legs in mail :)

If BOA legs are coming out wouldn't the shield be the best for any paladin?

Damn lucky, this is my 2nd GM who said no. :/

@ Gracob, some would find those legs to be better anyhow.
 
ill try getting these items l8tr atm im working on getting other items from GMs

if i can get both the legs and shield from a gm ill post eventally how to do it, im probably going to use the same strategy i used to get runic darkblade :D
 
:) Np, happy to help where i can. PS. i allready got my shield when i wrote this thread, im just sick of wating cause my armory wont update though. >< im now trying for pants now seeing they let me keep my artic bucler.
 
update dont be greedy, they took my old shield and i didnt get the pants. nearly lost all, stupid GM, i still got new shield (Thanks to the awesome GM that gave me my shield).
 
If you try and ticket that shit back to back obviously they'll notice something is up. Patience is key, get your shit a little bit at a time. That being said, now is definatly the time to get shit since you can still use the excuse "DEATHWINGZ MUSTA ATED IT!!11!1"

And what did you say to convince him? haha only tried once yet and it was a dead certain no, and wont they start whining if I make new tickets with the same question? ;D
 
when i was trying for pants he must of seen the new shield in bank, i got logged out automaticly and when i logged back in the old shield was gone no pants and a letter saying i got new shield cya. (in a nut shell)

i just keeped saying it is the same quest, told him the wording of the 2 quest the same, tried a friend has done it so that why im trying it, then i got new shield.
 
so what would i have to say to trade my old artic buck for the new leggings on my pally??

I wouldn't try bringing other people into the issue or they may have their items deleted. Really you just have to make sure that the quest name is included in the ticket. I assume that the process they go through for item restoration like this is checking to see that you completed the quest you claimed to have completed and that you don't have the item in your inventory. If they really bother to dig it's pretty easy to figure out what you're trying to do. You just have to make sure you satisfy the two requirements I laid out and hope that they don't bother digging too deep.
 
My guess is that its slightly easier for alliance to pull off this scam seeing as their updated quest has the exact same name, while the updated horde version of this quest have had its name changed...



Currently working on a story that'll hopefully work!
