na im not worrying about being banned, i had to many things happen to me now where others are like "oh no dont do that you'll get banned" but i never do. the worst i had was a temp ban, i think if u have any infractions on your account you cant do testing for blizz. so if you want a job with blizz dont do it. or just start a new account maybe?

Edit - still play it safe and be nice to GM's, a little kindness goes a long way.
 
so i talked to a GM on Skullcrusher it looked like i had it until the GM started being a douche then said there is gameply option for me to obtain the item.. he basically told me to lvl up and get it again..
 
so far 2 GM's have told me no.. am i saying something wrong?
 
I think I'm on my 4th or 5th, gonna stop for today...



I even deleted my Arctic Buckler and said I wanted the new but I can't get anything out of European GM's.



At least found an Assassin's Blade for 125g while waiting for the tickets, gotta be lucky somehow right?

If they turn you down, personally request it to be escalated, and ask for special permission. I did this and he came back to me within 5min saying alright I'm allowed to do it..

They might have kept on investigating it and realized their misstake, and at that point it was easier to claim it was cause of an anonymous report rather than writing "sorry bro we changed our mind, trolled lol"



unless you have some serious enemies, since you were like the last one to get them and first one to get them removed, when like 5 ppl had gotten it before..

Its one thing to get them from any random GM when you just ask for them, its another thing to try to make an honest fight for an exploited item by escalating the ticket to the better knowing GMs...
 
Ive tried asking 3 GMs so far, not going to bother risking it for now.



From my experience of twinking on EU and US, ive noticed in general EU GMs are more 'by the book'
 
yeah bakedazz just got his shield removed but i got my artic buckler back so :p to fag that lagged him in. i ticked a gm and ask why my priest has still got it. he said in a nutshell it hasnt been dobbed in yet. who eva is doing this will probally have to gloat so look 4 the ppl that do the "i told u so line" plus look to the ppl who want to be unique so only they can have it, dont underestimate other players gread. so it prob not the ppl who didnt get the quest before cata doing this but these petty achiv whores that did. i got my old shield back plus my secret priest still got :p sux it bitch.
