Achievement points!

also, stumbled upon the apparent addition of "the firelands".. this haven't even gone live on PTR's, though, so idk if we are going to have a new exploring zone on our hands.. =)

the firelands is going to be an outdoor raid instance its in the southern area of Hyjal. I doubt there will be any new achievements for exploring. Maybe they will actually fix the Tol Barad one in 4.1 or 4.2.

my apologies. comments stated that it was a zone, WITH a raid, didn't know it worked like that. =)

There is a quick guide on how to do it on wowhead for any char thats sub-85, bascially all you do is park the char you want it on near to the location Dormus spawns, then (while still in group) you hunt for the mysterious camel statues on a level 85 char, fingers crossed you get lucky and get teleported to Dormus, kill him and your alt will be able to roll on the mount.



It's important to note you will not get the camel hoarder title in 4.1 unless you have learnt the mount spell, which means you can only get the title at level 40+.

Grats! Also, Noble achieves next week! Which means I'll be up past 2k achievement points on my druid. :)

This is the basic idea behind it. you don't have to be in group while hunting for it, but you'll want to be in grp and within loot range when you actually kill him.



The applications for the "Have group will travel" ability are endless. This is another. once you find the right figurine and are ported to Dormus just use that ability to summon your twink.



If you don't have that luxury once you're ported to Dormus just log out. The 20 min Debuff which you recieve once ported will not count down when ur logged off. Then just find a rocket ride over there.



Originally I had 3 toons parked there on separate accounts one of which was a warlock to drop a summon stone. It's an alternative but probably unnecessary for most ppl now.



This is currently the HARDEST rare spawn in the game to hunt for.
 
For the 25 tabard achievement, is it possible to get any TCG tabard besides the Flame one? I'm just 4 off from 25 and I only know of 3 I can get via rep farm that I don't already have.



I want to try and get it before 4.1 because I saw there's going to be a 30 tabard achievement?

Yes. Originally these were obtained by redeeming points that were collected from the trading card game through a website.



You can no longer redeem points. However a bunch of ppl have already redeemed points in order to stockpile unused codes for the tabards. So you can purchase codes for the tabards.

Yeah they are safe. They have an ebay store which has 100% feedback rating. Their website however is always going have their lowest prices.
