AB damage control would be difficult because once you kill someone they will get sent back to the starting GY and will have to walk back. Very difficult to organize. After 1 person gets it they probably won't want to wait for the other 29 people to get theirs either. With the damage and healing numbers it could be done easily.

Sounds easy to me. If everyone was going for it, you just have like a priest in stam gear, rogue ambush, priest heal, rinse and repeat.

if you where to farm the achievment to get killed by DW where would you go afk at?

I got killed by him twice in like 12 hours while farming in EPL, only other place I've seen him is WPL and Tanaris.
