20 bis list?

I know it’s still early on in the patch, but does anyone have a bis list that everyone should be aware of for 20s?

For 90% of people, it will be mostly TBC socket gear.

As Estradiol mentioned - TBC and WoLK multi-socketed gear are around ilvl 84, there is a slight chance that 4 TBC dungeon quest rewards can proc to ilvl 89

Is there a good resource that shows what enchants/gems are good?

Start with Shadowlands gems. Specifically start with Straddling Jewel Doublet (vet and F2P) and Revitalizing Jewel Doublet (vet only), and then add +2 secondary stat gems from Shadowlands (e.g. Quick Jewel Cluster) until you can comfortably hit the speed cap of 49%. After that, it's a choice depending on what your priorities are, but probably focus on primary stats.
