EU+US 110 or 115 twink, what is best?

for now everyones doing 110. well see if it gets fixed or not tho

i'd just hold off if you dont have many characters until we know for sure
 
Will 115 for sure be better than 119? I haven’t leveled anything to 120 yet, so I’m kinda ignorant on what the gear is like.

We don't know yet. I would love to know but time will tell.
 
what's theoretically the highest ilvl average you can get on 110 now? with all the azerite and BFA rewards procced
 
For instanced pvp 119 is looking solid. My twink in progress is ilvl 294, 13 traits on neck and 2 x epic quest upgrades (one is ilvl 301) and melts people in bgs. Only done 2.5 out of 6 questing zones though. Looking forward to more epics.
 
I don't understand why people think 116 has any potential whatsoever. Aren't legendary items cut off at 115?

I was actually wondering this too. At least in ipvp, secondarty stats scale up to the top of the bracket.

The only thing I could think of is if the stats from gear replacing the legendaries are good and you are doing some strange min maxing for world pvp specifically. Or I’m missing something, which is entirely possible.
 
For right now, 110 feels pretty good, as a DH tank in dungeons, I out dps everybody and as a 110 rogue in warmode, i wreck 120s. So im sticking to 110 atm

are u hord or ally? becouse i got a 110 druid twink tank with 255 ilvl so far name is mostertank on it if u wanan armory it im hord
 
I just wanted to share that on my 110 boosted hunter, i just finished all 3 zones and final scenario, got the 3 pieces of 300 gear and necklace at 304, but the coolest thing of all is that, I thought i had to unlock freehold (as horde) by level to go there, actually i ran into the instance, SOLO'ed 2 of the bosses, and, got the dice at the end too :D Only thing im pissed off about is that after finishing 99% of all quests, none of the bows got epic upgrade :( i got 3x 217 bows...

Im ally, I never touched my DH during Legion so it's only like 220 ilvl atm, but out of all the tanks I've played at 110 (pally,warr,brM,blood dk) it feels the best. You are practically invincible and you do lots of DPS

hehe im 255 on my guardian druid 110 twink i do allot of dps and got allot of self healing on it too hehe and im hord

Also, about legendaries. Since you scale up in IPvP to 119, are the legendary effects inactive in IPvP even though you're actually 110? I'd imagine they would be.

I think 110 is it's own bracket currently so 110s w/ bfa are ridiculously OP compared to their legion capped counterparts. But 111-115 do not benefit from legendaries in IPvP where you scale to 119. 119 seems to be the way to go between 111-119 for IPvP
