My monk is in my signature. I pretty much only do PvE stuff these days. Getting achievements and all. Missed out on some high ilevel pieces so my gear isn't the absolute best. I still like my character... I enjoy playing as a Windwalker.

Question for the monk mains, are you guys able to get both dps and tank artifact weapons at 10? I can't see any way to get back to the timeless isle at level 10 since we don't have zen pilgrimmidge yet. Thanks

zen pilgrimage is lvl 11 and going through the portal after getting an artifact has a level req of 48?Will check again later to see if I can find any way around it, but I think that's definite...

@oomf @chunggus Can Monks use 2H Mace at 10 (they can't at LvL 6 which is what mine is right now)? If they can then Hatebringer is a sudo-option for BM maybe. Or get the BM Arty and get 2x 1H's from BfA Dungeons with a Socket proc. Mist could potentially use the iLvL 22 Staff of Jordan if you can get one.

yeah hatebringer is in the honorable mentions in the 10 gear list thread i believe.
I went BM arty, so prob gonna collect some socketed 1-handers from bfa dungs like you said. Not too concerned rn tho
Edit: Not sure about 2H mace at 10 but I don't believe so. Just staff/polearm

Yeah the order hall portal requirement is odd. 3 levels past the level requirement for the Legion raids. Unfortunately it's an issue that only affects xp locked level 10 monks, meaning a mere handful of players in the entire game, so I doubt Blizzard will ever change it.
For the record, we definitely can't use 2h maces. Our 2h options are indeed limited to staffs and polearms.

Having so much fun taking this toon thru Atal or other random dungeon groups via Chromie time. Doing 85%+ of overall damage and hitting 300+ dps on big pulls when I pop blood fury/both trinkets and spin to win. Would be real curious to know what number that scales to on a 50's recount
P.S. fk u mother of goren for not dropping the neck after 10+ kills, and dont even get me started on felfire construct/demidos or whatever his name is in shadowmoon

I'm doing 200+ single target and have hit 700+ on large packs. That's without the GFed relics and azerite gear. 10s are hilarious. I can (and have) soloed every dungeon I entered, but prefer to group up. I've actually had people ask me to stay for a few more dungeons because they weren't used to them going so smooth. I have no idea how WW dps compares to other 10s, but I like being a bit of a hybrid. Even as WW my vivify is so potent that I often outheal healers. 2x vivify tops up a well geared 50 from low health. As a ret, feral druid or enh shaman you run into mana issues if you toss a few heals. WW monks only have an energy pool.
Aside from being unable to go into the class order hall, I don't think I'd like any other class as much as WW.

This is my 10 which i have been focusing on alot lately and still farming gear.
The only thing pissing me off is that blizzard fixed the gear scale.
So i didnt manage to get the last items like the https://www.wowhead.com/item=118279/hermits-hood and ofc the dagger from shadowmoonvalley: https://www.wowhead.com/item=119396/shadowspeakers-shard
I also found out that you could get the Heart Of Azeroth at lvl 10 but unfortunately i found out that 1 day to late.

Added. Good to see a WW out there. I'm also glad that someone else has confirmed for me whether or not that alchemist stone is usable; I've wanted to get it but I also want to wait and see how profs shake out post gear nerfs so holding off on leveling alchemy once I know for sure which legs I want to enchant from LW.

Added. I would look into getting a GFED green lens if you happen to have some lying around from <BFA. Pairs made before the pre-patch have 6 int, 9 haste, and 13 total max secondaries from what I gather (if you make one now it's only 6 int 9 stam.)
If that and the other gfed helm options are unavailable to you, consider looking into leveling engineering for the +13 intellect goggles.
Also, https://www.wowhead.com/item=111948/gruuks-evil-eye is vastly superior to https://www.wowhead.com/item=28121/icon-of-unyielding-courage?bonus=6710 if the tooltip is correct and it only gives +10 crit on use (+14 total with the static +4.) Gruuk's boosts my crit 10% on proc and has a solid PPM (around once a minute.)
Also, get the nitro boost tinker from Northrend engineering on that belt before it's ilvl gets squished.

Thanks for the answer! i did find https://www.wowhead.com/item=111948/gruuks-evil-eye in my bag. In epic version giving +4 haste + gain a chance to critt 30 for 20 secons. I will also check out the engineering as i have enginnering trained. Thanks for all the tips!

Luckily there's no difference between the rare and epic version at level 10, but the purple quality is definitely extra swag! Grats.

Well, it was fun as it lasted. But when i logged in today.
All the rare wod + garrison trinket is red and not usable for me.
So now its time to find something which can replace those to something other good.

Indeed, have manage to farm 3 pieces of "Mana-Etched" 2 of em are sockets gear.
