i would say paladin - same hp, same armor, but with heals and bubble. also a paladin can heal his healer. druid and mage are second best imo for speed and crowd control. but not that much survivability. if you got a nice group of buddies to que with, class doesnt matter but if you are lone...

My little calculation came to the conclusion that if you got >= 1700hp(unbuffed and at lvl 19) it is better to have 2x Inherited Insignia rather than 2xAGM. So you use the AGM for the shield pop, and then switch to 2x InhIns-ias. The numbers don't lie.
