Answering my own question: heirloom tab is like a vendor, where you can buy collected heirlooms for free, so you get a copy of a heirloom then you can enchant it and use :)

What is the situation with the enchants for heirlooms? Are they available? For a new veteran account? (getting boas now) I mean high lvl chants.

ok now drop engi (get lfh if u can) and skill up alchemy, get hit-capped otherwise (boots for example)

Btw as a mage u should have Minor Wizard Oil and Intellect Wisdom on all the time to be effective (to max ur sp)

Yeah, I read again, nothing mentions resilience will be replaced with PvP power. I didn't understand correctly first time. With the change to resilience 65% for 90's they delete resilience from gear, but on those gears there are PvP power too which will remain. On our BoA gears we only have...

The question is that some of you were talking about. BoA's resilience stats will be replaced with PvP power or not. "Resilience will be removed from nearly all PvP gear" With this Blizzard statement, you can't really decide.
