Hey man. Yes, there are no set bonuses for tier or old pvp gear anymore, it's unfortunate. Higher ilvl is the key in bgs but as far as world pvp/pve goes just gear however you want. I would recommend an ilvl set (cata blues) for bgs tho. As far as ICC goes I have no idea, but I have been...

@MyPerfection I still have close to 35% haste buffed. It's not bad mixed with my talent tree and wep procs. I know there would be more practical gem options etc, but I save the boring shit for my ilvl sets for pvp. I like to screw around in pve and try different things. Also my haste goes well...
