US A Few Q's

Hi, i wouldn't mind getting back into WotLK but had a few Q's.

• I read a few times Legacy Set Bonuses are disabled, is this in raids? Seems kind of crazy.
• Also was seeing people saying high ilvl was best, but again not for raids yes?
• Cata blues still very strong?
• If you were fully twinked out, how many would it take to beat ICC 25H. Could a 10 man group do it? Less than 10?

Hey man. Yes, there are no set bonuses for tier or old pvp gear anymore, it's unfortunate.
Higher ilvl is the key in bgs but as far as world pvp/pve goes just gear however you want. I would recommend an ilvl set (cata blues) for bgs tho.

As far as ICC goes I have no idea, but I have been wanting to do 80s only raids for sometime.

Ilvl is accually the biggest factor for dps/ dmg redction in dungeons/ raids. Atleast if you go up alot higher than the standard itemlevel for whatever level you are at.

Most pve guild don't allow 409s but like if you have a grp of 80s with the 409s if you're patient all you need is a healer tank and few dps probs

In instanced PVE, ilvl is basically all that matters. My toon is currently at ilvl 383 with GF'd gear. Only missing 1 piece to get to BiS https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/frostmane/ayenilol

In instanced PVP (BG and arena), ilvl is technically all that matters, but you're not going to be able to reach the ilvl threshold for where it starts giving you increased stats at 80.

The ilvl rule applies for raids as well. I could probably solo most of ICC 10 normal that has mechanics that doesn't require more than 1 person.
