While AS is hitting harder than some other Abilities, it's less that and more the range low Level MM Hunters can achieve that has ppl upset.

Beware farming iLvL 44 WoD Rares as fast as Blizz is nerfing things. I wouldn't waste the time honestly.
Those salty about HOA/Azerite nerf, there's a Helm for 14+ that'll probably be the new BiS. I'm mum about it for now, too many snitches here
HOA now LvL 40, even equipped, Azerite items now RED, even equipped.
Meaning, the 10 gets 45 HOA gear to drop then you trade it to the other 10.
HOA still works with a Toon created after Prepatch. Also, you DON'T need a 45+ if you have a 10 with HOA in group, Azerite gear drops at 10
Found new (probably) BiS Helms for 19's once all the nerfbats have swung and decapitated the OP Gear we all have now like Azerite helm.
Another oddity. My LvL 101's all got slapped with Character LvL 45 for all Legion BoE Epics but NOT my 99 DH, hers work fine.
FYI: Level 50 HOA is iLvL 104, 27/46/46/46. This is on a free 120 with SL pre-purchase. So it's kind of worth farming AP & kinda not.
*Azerite Shoulders.
FYI: Don't waste thousand of gold leveling Cata Inscription to 50 thinking you are going to Inscribe your Shoulders. iLvL too high lol.
Protip: do NOT kill any Rares in BfA Zones until you have HOA. Seems like they all give a little AP.
Thundercrash Armor 2 Set (BfA) does work at 10.
