Gotta love ppl calling themselves Twinks and reporting EVERYTHING to blizz like a little snitch.
Still PLENTY of items WAAY above the "normal" squished iLvL for low Level Twinks to be had.
No worries, LvL 10's went from retarded OP to stupid OP. Even with Legion shit squished to 14 I'm still 1-shotting mobs.
Am I the only one happy they nerfed it? I spent ~25 hours farming that shit on ONE Twink of like 12, while working full time.
Make sure to keep all the normal iLvL Gear you get with good Procs/Sockets/Tertiary for when the almighty nerfbat starts swingin.

Also TW works just fine with XPOff but you can't enter ANY Dungeons (even walking in) that aren't of that XPac.
As of right now you CAN get HOA as low as 10. Requires a 50+ helping you get it.

I can now confirm that +14 iLvL Relics do in fact work at 10.

I've ran VH so many times I now have all variations of 44 Neck, Belt and Chest lol.
I love how some idiot thinks that "LvL 8" DH with iLvL 44 gear is going to 1-shot 10's, who also have iLvL 44 gear.
Woodchucker doesn't work at 10, Hidden Satyr (neck) does.
iLvL 34 at 10 and gaining. Still haven't gotten the correct Relic type to drop to test if that still works.
Chest +4 Stats requires LvL 11, just tested. Vanilla +4 stats dumbs down to 1 after Enchanting.
@SkunkyMunky Warboard then pick Broken Shore bread crumb quest. Do the event, then Dalaran to get it.
Gear now dropping in Legion Dungeons, still iLvL 44, still usable at 10.
Legion VH isn't giving Gear drops right now, only Relics. And yes, Relics are still iLvL 14 and still usable at 10. -
