If it helps I use Firefox and haven't once had issue with the log-out thing on XPOff.
@DetErMegJostein in 7.1 there looks like 1-2 new First Aid Patterns added so hopefully they'll go to 800.

@Holythane any Level that can train First Aid. However, actually getting much past 750 is VERY difficult.
Common Legion Blade also had no source until Twinks found it. Once the other items are found, they too will have a source.
NA Armories are kind of updated. It's like it's lagging 3-4 days behind.
Armory finally updated with Legion shit, including Artifact Weapons! -
