I've entered Old Hilsbrad on my main 10, but that was during the Legion Invasions and I haven't been back recently to test it.
I wish they'd use the new Scaling Tech for Brawler's Guild and have it all Levels.
@aislingyngaio yes, or at least I hope because my Achievement Hunter has limited Badges. Trying to hit the 240 Recipes Achievement.
Same goes for Low Level Achievement whores, get them Satchels!!

You can also get it from the hidden Demons in upstairs Dal. You can do this at any Level, I have some on a 10 for helping kill a Demon.

Impossible for a Legion World Epic to have a LvL 93 req. It's also not possible for higher than 746 iLvL sub LvL 100. At 890, it's LvL 101+
Only same Zone.
Blingatron is the easiest way that I know of for F2P to get fast gold.
