Blizz is considering introducing their new Scaling Tech to all of Azeroth. That doesn't mean low Levels in Raids, but who knows.
FYI: Treasure in Suramar is 110 only.
My Armory hasn't updated either, I'm about 3500 now on Gringotts after some I got today (you'll find out soon enough)
Another thing, you can get the Legion Dalaran Hearth from an Innkeeper but it won't work below 90, boo.
Also nothing really to do there and the 740 Weapons do in fact require already having the Artifact Weapon to purchase.
FYI, you can get to the Class Order Hall on Twinks but have to literally get there. Once there the FP is deactivated so can't just fly back.
"Worth" is relative to each of us and only you can answer your own question. So far I like it, though I HATE Blizz's doubling down on RNG.
And there you have it, best I could manage is 7/9 on 2 Toons with varying other results. Still working a few Toons but they have much less.
Yes, as of ~5am Sunday you still get a 100 Boost when you upgrade to Legion.

Over 1600 Chests, 79 TF across 14 Twinks and nearly 20 of those Dupes with <3 Days left... Fuck you Blizz, Fuck you.

@aislingyngaio ouch but be happy you have ANY Toons 9/10, my best is still 7/9 and I have Two Twinks stuck at 0/9 lmao.
@Tuskbreaker I've capped twice on 3 toons, and have ~17K on the remainder with ~50 Felbat Pups and 6 Warglaives for my 99 to have diff Chant
The struggle, one of my 14 Twinks is 3/9 with 7 dupes of those 3 items.... I f'ing HATE Blizz's Lottery Boxes. -
