Congrats, really happy people are enjoying the challenge, I'm discovering a lot myself from the challenges given out. Working on a new parkour route to compliment Ydes Gilneas challenge, you will have two challenges play around with in that eerie zone !
Keep at it you will hook on eventually, hint :
Use a mount for the first jump , face slightly more towards the roof than me in the video, you can also do it unmounted by facing the roofs edge, hope that helps

Yde's Gilneas Challenge continued : Flee the city !
note: You do not need to roll a worgen , just ride in from Silverpine forest into the zone , your faction does not matter the zone will be phased out and empty , best way to do it. Do not jump into the main body of water around the cathedral you wont be able to get out and forced to drown yourself, might take a while as undead !
Thief note 2: The sun was scarce the crops grew thin and the people got poor. The spoils of thievery is barely enough to get by , I am spending more sleepless nights roaming the rooftops of Stormwind. There are tavern rumors that a wealthy merchant Yde has moved to Gilneas , It might be time to follow the gold trail , a bribe selling what little possessions I had left has got me an address.
Thief note 14: An eerie silence has taken over this damp depressing place, I am cursed, there is no gold here only misery and death, Ydes balcony was on fire, barely made it out alive by jumping into the sewers below.There are charred corpses littered around empty merchant caravans, only food to be found is rat meat, the fatigue is getting to me, I see shadows behind flapping windows of abandoned buildings. I can feel the evil in this place, I must escape, the streets are not safe , pray the Gods I make it out alive.
Starting point : Getting off the streets
Final challenge goal : Life of Pole
Optional Gargoyle challenge: Riddling the Dark Knight achievement
Mount is needed for this parkour but only on couple of occasions so please use it sparingly
Unlock the Bonus Challenge Mode: Diabolical Escape is only to be attempted after having successfully completed the final challenge goal and Riddling the Dark Knight achievement !

PS: Getting this together took longer than expected so il leave any videos for later. I'm not sure how tough this parkour will be so give me your feedback and I can adjust it .

A cold sweat trickles down your forehead , you can feel an icy embrace enveloping your limbs ,adrenaline kicks in , all your senses are heightened, you leap onto the rooftops clambering towards the small harbor, you can hear the sound of the town clock like drums, ticking away counting down the seconds to your painful demise.
Rules: Start the parkour right after the music starts playing and get to the raft before it ends (starting point of the challenge is the same, you can use mounts) whatever you do don't look behind you !

The new challenge looks interesting, but I have the same problem as with the Yde's challenge: Should I make a new worgen char? because I thought you can't get to gilneas anymore. So if you can't, what a blood elf and night elf are doing in your screens? I'm confused. As soon as I figure this out (probably with your help guys) I will go and try them both.

This is a really cool thread! I was wondering though if any of you guys knew about an achievement addon that could make these "achievements" like legit looking ones and could be shared with others who had the addon. A while back someone was working on one (Alternate Achievements), but it hasn't been updated in forever. If any of you guys do, if could make f2p even more fun as we could make up our own achieves for like outdoor raid bosses and what not. I know I'd love to show off my thief in the night achieve.

Crystalpall only good news from here , you don't need worgen to explore the zone , you can basically walk in from Silverpine with any class/race , the difference is the whole zone is empty of NPC's making it a lot more enjoyable to explore than with the buggy and tedious worgen questline, it took me quite by surprise, really great place to visit!
The only one I can find is Overachiever addon zheria which does not cater for making these kind of achievements Would be fantastic if it was possible though.
