those require level 36(?), i tried earlier for head piece and it had level req.
 
Yea only Garrison pieces that don't have a level requirement appear to be the ring and gloves. All the other tokens create a piece of gear that has a level requirement of 36.
 
So, generally, what is left to be nerfed?

Legion final quest rewards
Draenor jewelry/cloaks/offhand apexis drops
Original Garrison rewards/Barov

Possible but more difficult to implement:

Retroactive level requirement on Azerite quest rewards
Retroactive level requirement on apexis drops
Retroactive level requirement on Legion quest rewards
Retroactive level requirement on legion weapon relics
 
Just added a section regarding the new information, thank you to those that brought it to my attention!
EDIT (10/22): It appears that Cloaks, Rings, Necks, and some Shields/Off-Hands still have an Item Level of 44, expect these to get nerfed in the near future, go farm them while you still have the chance!

Yes, on multiple Threads, multiple people have shown proof that ONLY the Gloves/Ring are usable at low Level.

You caught me.

In all seriousness, I mostly was a lurker for a long time. I generally made twinks a decade ago, but make leveling twinks now who I create, enjoy, then delete. Whether it was the early level 60 resilience twinks or the 78s with gear, I made them. They are gone now, though.

What I am trying to keep straight is the best strategy for those.

My level 10 Paladin has all of her stuff except for Legion rewards though, so that is nice. I don't know what exactly I want to do with her, but the judgment crits are insane. I almost exclusively play healers, but I do enjoy the occasional stealthy.

I am not looking forward to the gem socket spam glass cannon meta where a 1000 judgment crit can take out 75% of a targets HP.
 
Both ilvl 44 shields confirmed to have been scaled to drop ilvl 25 when you kill mobs :(

OH has yet to be confirmed

I'm having tons of fun at 10 right now, but I'm also smart enough not to waste time on drops that Blizz is even in the process of nerfing at this very moment. And yes, my main 10 (out of LOTS of 10's) has stupidly OP gear that I know will be nerfed. I'm not worried in the slightest because I've already been farming the gear that we'll all end up with after.

That's your fault for rolling a 10 and making it even more noticeable.
 
I would say we are all having fun being crazy op in the the open world while farming gear that we have a glimmer of hope that it will be gf'ed. Bliz is just blindly nerfing things into the ground that didn't get properly squished instead of adjusting anything. Still best for the bracket in the long run if it all gets destroyed.
 
It's varies, most are between 1 and 2 hours with some outliers. Can only kill them once a day for loot and they are much more likely to be up in chromie time as the 50's can't farm them

Just like the legion artifact right? Such a waste of time! *meanwhile everyone who got it will be grandfathered forever because blizzard can't code properly and won't be able to change the ilvl of the artifacts already inside weapons*
 
That and the socketed gear before gems get nerfed for same reason
