You understand that's a pretty good ratio, right? I would guess 5% chance for rewards to be epic... some say lower.

Around 20% upgrades overall sounds pretty fair, IMO. (and you're close to 10% epic now)

rng is never fair lol, unless its repeatable. Even then it's questionable.

Very many people have had no luck. The only way to confirm would be to proc, and if it cant you then cant confirm...

So the general consensus is "not likely".

Can anyone confirm if Scythe Axe still drops? and also the mail belt he drops? What about Ravenwood bow from Fenros? And also.. For us lvl 19's... Can we hunt rares for their specific loot from zones that are lvl 20-60? And maybe even 25-60? would they scale down to req lvl 19 or? thx for infoz. <3
