It's not, but is it unrealistic to think that twinks can't face off against other twinks in random bgs? Those are generally some of the more enjoyable games imo, but I still love the queue times for random bgs regardless who I face against. Better than running in circles waiting for your teamate to finish taking a shit so your wargames can commence against the same damn people you always fight.
Also, since people who do wargames (usually some of the better players) condemn random bgs due to "low skill", why would they be encouraged to fight them in wargames? Doesn't that go against their whole "yeah I only fight good players" motto?
