    MM/Surv hunters are getting stronger and are already really solid.

    Disc priests with a per-target "CD" on bubble again.

    Elemental changes are interesting. Losing some of earthshock's power is annoying, but flame shock lasting for longer should help. And lightning scaling. They might be a little more common in solo queue instead of mostly just wargames now.

    MM and SV hunters. BM remains unchanged as Kill Command buff was directed to SV AFAIK.
     
    nerfs are no good lol, if blizz start nerfin every class then game will revert to legion templates ...
     
    Yo, where my rogue changes at fam? Give low lvl assass a slow so I can meme and not feel completely useless at least. Outlaw is getting a bit boring (19).
    Rogues got a few PvP Talent nerfs for assassination and outlaw, and a pvp talent removed for subtlety, but since we don't use PvP talents, it's irrelevant
