A few updates to marksman hunters and the enhancement shaman and a few others. Will update notes affecting 19s soon.

Im concerned about the Enhancement aura though.

"In addition to these changes above, we’re adjusting how many tooltips are generated. This may cause some websites to show that the damage or healing of almost every single Enhancement ability has changed. Do not panic; we are not lowering all of your damage and healing! Basically they're simplifying the spec damage modifiers.
Enhance looks like it's actually getting a buff.

That's what concerns me. They're shifting all the power to the Enhancement aura, even though they're getting a minor buff in overall damage.

Sorry, I’m confused. Why does this worry you?
They’re balancing out the damage so that the tool tips look neater and less confusing.

No you've read it wrong. Read my post above. The Red text is what's been removed. The green text is what's been added.
Because they've given enhance what looks like a 57% increase in damage they've had to reduce the damage of all of their baseline abilities by 43% so the aura matches up with what's currently on live.

Basically they're just adjusting their messy maths behind the scenes and u don't need to panic. You won't see a difference in the live servers apart from the several buffs they were given.

This might make things clearer
 
Battle Hymnal looks like its straight better than Piercing Eye of the Beast since it'll give the same int but also an on use party haste buff. Can't really tell how much haste or how long it lasts from the tooltip though.
Bolstering War Horn look good on the FC druids since 2 more stam and some more verse.
Dusk Powder 6 agil or str definitely a nice boost, too bad the use is useless
