I'm not arguing against anyone in specific. See, I understand both ends. But I feel the mod's side is less understood right now, so I'm trying to help that part up a little.

And yeah, they're not following guidelines. But I just realised that.. I was going to compare to mmo-champ or wowhead.. But.. People have to be more lenient to toxic behaviour down here because the community is smaller, and if you rid of all the toxics on a mostly PvP-oriented forum that's not very big (Twinking took big hits since WoD and Legion, too), then you just lose too many people. MMO-champ can easily take losing those people because they're by thousands, but here it's a bit.. dangerous.

I don't know, like I said, I don't have a clear sight on either side, but I have to yet notice anything out of order from the mods at least from personal experience over the years. Whilst some people I have seen did get out of order. Past tense, though. I haven't noticed that in recent days through the forums I look (Being 70 and Guides mostly).

All right, this explains me what I saw, and... I'm sorry. I'm taking the mod's side. Don't get me wrong, the initial ban may have been wrong, but you're taking this in a wrong manner sorry to say.

Starting with general behaviour here.. If you get banned for writing "kys" ironically or otherwise, and the ban was then called out as unnecessary, that doesn't give you the right to go back to that same mod and write "kys" again.
You didn't get banned again because she now knows that it's a non-issue about the kys part.

Anyway, I don't really want to get into this too much. Just saying you're not doing yourself many favours even if you don't directly break any rules :p

The ban was called out unnecessary, yet I wasn't unbanned. <- Issue #1.
Arkte states I did get unbanned. (which is a lie). <- Issue #2.

Yeah, maybe if you acted a little more humane towards mods in the first place, you wouldn't get banned and "fake" unbanned :p

So it's my fault that I got banned because what I did could be interpretated as toxic?
 
The only thing wrong with the moderation right now is the fact that @Mvq hasn't been permanently banned yet. You're acting like a petulant child. Also @ifurreadingthisitstoolate has just openly admitted to ban evading, so ban him too. Also there are still plenty of purely toxic posters left on the forums even after that big "New Era" thread saying they'd be removed.

In short the mods aren't being strict enough.
 
I'm not really a toxic person (unless I really want to win something), but I kinda liked reading those drama threads. But if people do get hurt by toxicity in those threads, I don't mind seeing the mods punishing said toxicity harder.

Reading what Selaya said? It had to do with your past behaviour too though. Not just that one instance of "kys". So yeah... I don't know xD Maybe calm down a little in general offensive behaviour whether you're serious or not mate ^.^
 
Conq did an excellent job imo before these changes. To be admin here you must be made of stone yet not crush those who are soft like pudding. @Onlydreams this isn't ban evading because I didn't get banned. I asked for that specific account to be banned. There is a major difference. I don't want that account unbanned. There's no point for me to exist around here anymore. I've already achieved everything I wanted and more. Just had to drop the facts on you noobs some more. Maybe now when xpoff dies you noobs will at least know you were major contributors to it's demise.

@ifurreadingthisitstoolate you might wanna look up what ban evading means. Your account is banned so you're using an alt account to post. That's literally what ban evading is regardless of how or why your original account got banned.
Maybe you should just ask for your original account back if you still feel the need to post here.

I habn't been posting here since I have been very busy on other projects. But, I have been observing.

Like my pappy once told me. "It's fine if you don't get straight A's in the three R's. But boy, that report card better have straight A's in conduct. Even a dog can be taught to have good manners."

(was already at like 300 comments) That type of "trolling" or "shitposting" or "toxicicity" is what brings out the best in players during games. It separates the strong from the weak. The ones who could hang on xpoff are the ones who would prove the most tough in games. The biggest crybabies on here were always the worst players. Coincidence? Nope.You bads who don't give a shit about pugs wouldn't understand. Don't ever compare Allybeboba to me, just don't attempt to compare anyone to me as there is no equal.

In other news I'm in my prime Qing mostly 20-29 nowadays with a little 19s here and there, catch me out there like I've always said. Show me something out there in the field. Don't sit on xpoff and cry because someone called you a mean name. Instead go and do whatever it is that you need to do.
