WTF is this patch

Just played wsg on my 19 balance druid and now i have around 5.4k health, dmg seems lower than pre 7.2.. Overall seems lot less bursty. I could not find anything on patch notes about ipvp stats being changed, if it is there please correct me as i skimmed thru it pretty fast and might have missed it.

and these new balance druid animations are SO UGLY

UPDATE: Confirmed did another wsg and Balance druid is nowhere near as strong as it was in ipvp pre 7.2, lunar strike is pretty much pointless now bc solar wrath hits just as hard and has much faster cast time. Both moonfire and sunfire received the huge nerfs to their dot dmg. Trees seem to do a lot less dmg now as well.

no info on dmg nerf and ipvp stam change in that link. It looks the same as the notes blizz posted.

What I've found so far is this - ilvl % increases aren't working in ipvp for health anyways as of 7.2. I'm presuming this is a bug atm.

For those in 90-99 there's also no health increase from artifact ranks as well. Another likely bug.
