went on my rogue, and just tried to burst veint down, i physically couldnt, even with repeated double ambushes and slice and dice and everything, veint just shielded, and healed, I couldn't do anything. As an aside, on my ret pally, i crit flash of lights for 2k, which means they crit for more than a lay on hands, that's asinine. This can't go through to live.

They're dealing with a lot of stuff already at 85. The reality is that they most likely won't devote near to enough time that is necessary to balance low levels.

I've always been absent the first couple months of new expansions, does ptr mean its coming out in a week/month or what? I'm talking generally as ik its still technically beta. Also has anyone found out if trials can get battling systems or are ptr accounts not trials?

They never have. It's basically impossible to balance low levels anyway- but it is possible to balance them *slightly*, as they have constantly suggested to be something of a priority for them. This insanely obvious imbalance is something that they can easily fix and I'm 99% sure they will. It just seems to me like everyone wants MoP to suck so bad that they convince themselves that whats on the PTR is the final product when it quite obviously isn't.

Was waiting for someone to say that, but it doesn't apply here because were looking at a BETA test. This means that blizzard are actively looking at and acting upon feedback for the proposed upcoming version of the game. They aren't going to allow all low level brackets to be *completely(hunters dont make BGs unplayable, most of us still manage..) * unplayable. They'd lose too many customers, especially when you consider the fact that they are desperately trying to appeal to a ------>NEW<----- CUSTOMER BASE as their old one rots away. Blizzard want this fixed, and they will fix it to the best of their ability.

Not that I care all that much. If I do play MoP it'll just be for a quick PvP fix.

GW2 looks much more promising imho.

Does anybody remember which patch it was in wrath that rets and dks were incredibly overpowered on the ptr (at endgame, 80), many people told blizzard this, and it went through to live? Not to mention that it took them months to fix it, I don't expect much of anything aimed toward fixing this problem if blizzard was unwilling in the past to fix something that pretty much ruined the endgame experience.

played around on Insects for a few minutes, it looks like the only heal that balance druids can use is rejuvenation? no regrowth/nourish. boo.

For damage, Yde's holy shock crits for 900 (highest damage spell ingame from what we can tell...)
