As a level 20 char the spells is "miss" a lot, so if i use level 24 or 25 char will the green BOEs still be requires level max 20 and ilevel 28 ? cause its not what i have seen in some testing done

its mob lvl that matters dude

if greens

lvl 25 toon kills lvl 25 mob = lvl 19 req armor
lvl 25 toon kills lvl 25 mob = lvl 22 req weapon
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 25 mob = lvl 19 req armor
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 25 mob = lvl 22 req weapon
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 20 mob = lvl 14 req armor
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 20 mob = lvl 17 req weapon


if blues

lvl 23 toon kills lvl 23 mob = lvl 19 req armor
lvl 23 toon kills lvl 23 mob = lvl 22 req weapon
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 20 mob = lvl 18 req armor
lvl 20 toon kills lvl 20 mob = lvl 20 req weapon

ps
there is no way for lvl 20 toons to get lvl 23 loot
cuz nothing scales to floor of 23
but zones do scale to floor of 25
which is why all the f2p dorks r losing sleep ova 9.1.5

You need to have the mobs scale to 24-25 in bfa or legion zones.

In legion zones they scale to your level so as a level 20, they will scale to level 20. Thereby not dropping ilevel 28 items.

When nazmir and drustvar becomes level 20, in the patch, that will also eliminate the way for f2p to farm ilevel 28 items from those zones.

Which means you need to level a character to level 24-25 to do legion or bfa farming. Which you cannot do and still be f2p.

Which therefore means ilevel 28 is no longer obtainable for f2p.


Is that explained enough so that you understand. For a vet, this is no problem whatsoever.

The ilevel 28s is still obtainable just not by f2p. (Which is an account that has never been subbed or had the entire game.)

Also put this somewhere please. So we dont have to explain it to people everytime they cba reading more then one paragraph.

I guess I could edit the guide so its every other line, but trolls will whine that its not every line or its not in big enough font size or its not flashing red or whatever just so they can waste your time.

  • To get ilvl 28 items (including +7 Relics) from level 20 zones (legion) you need a level 24 or 25 character. To get ilvl 28's from level 25 zones(BFA) you only need a level 20 character."


    its the first point. like you dont have to scroll or click any spoilers. its right there.
 
At lvl 20 you can also loot some purple lvl 28 boe items in lvl 20 legion zones (armor pieces, necklaces, rings), they can proc a socket too. I found 2 rings 1 neck and maybe 5 armor pieces, none had socket though, all in all pretty rare stuff.
