looks like i am a pretty horrible druid at 70, my modified win ratio is -5%, which is negative. i am sad. 
my 80 rogue does okay with a solid 7%.
my 24 rogue rocks an impressive 18.75%, i am pleasantly surprised.

in theory this is actually a decent idea, but in practice there are many other factors that make this "formula" worthless.
1. 24s have a bigger impact in WSG than AB, no matter how bad they are. A complete retard SP derping in mid in WSG still helps his team a lot by tanking shittons of dmg and dealing the same, while that same priest derping in ST/F does much less in AB.
2. OP class stacking again has bigger impact in smaller BGs where tactics play a smaller role. This is why horde has always done better in AB than WSG as a faction.
3. Good FC and EFC nuke classes like druids and rogues have bigger contribution to their team in WSG than AB, and that has nothing to do with the player's skill or class balance, just he class is better in WSG than AB.
If we assume 2. isn't THAT big of a factor, your "skill factor" is a decent indicator not of one's SKILL but of one's impact in games, his contribution to his team. You can't say with a straight face that a 24 SP is more skilled than say a f2p warrior because he has a bigger "MWR"

How does skill matter when you face 5 person 24 man premades with no 24s on your side?
I have a 63% win ratio for wsg and 73 on ab so that leaves me with -10%. Not sure what that means but taking into account that 24s queue for wsg WAY more then they do for ab it would make since for ally to have higher win ratio at ab. Your theory is very situational and basing skill on win% and really makes no sense to me

so just the fact alliance is bunch of retarded homo no-skilled 24's SPs (which have tremendeous impact on wsg - the smaller map as some1 smart pointed out) makes horde players bad

ihave a 55% win ratio on horde solo pugging
same on alliance, if you ignore all the cata AB and afks ive done(if alliance is losing WSG then they are usually getting farmed and I have no choice but to leave)

This measure doesn't have much construct validity (or other validity for that matter) if using to measure individual skill. Firstly, you can't really compare the two on the same metric as they play differently: for example, a good rogue may be relatively better at AB than WSG due to stealth being useful (influential) for defending the nodes, whereas a druid may be relatively better at WSG due to FC capabilities being a key factor to winning games. Some classes (and players) are simply better at one bg than the other.
Another example of why it's a bad measure of individual skill would be if I was terrible at AB (didn't hit cappers, farmed gy etc) and often made my team lose as a result then my MBWR would skyrocket.
All the MBWR really tells you is how much better at wsg you are than ab.

Even though the OP is either a troll or a moron, and the statistics as presented by his opinions are largely meaningless, one thing I did notice was that the players with the largest disparity in win percentage were the Area 52 bots. What it shows is that dominating mid/GY and sticking together in WSG makes you pretty hard to beat. The same can't be said for AB, where you need to play on a more strategic level. Running around in a large group in AB is pointless if you're not defending the nodes. That, and for some reason, at the start of F2P, horde were by and large just plain bad at AB. I think it may have had something to do with all the GYs and not knowing which one they should be waiting to be farmed at.
